Files are not saving - PBU software

Files are not saving to Output folder.

1. Check PBU Processor. Failed files can be retried or deleted.
2. If still not processing, close PBU Processor and PBU. Navigate to: C: drive > (view hidden items)

ProgramData > Photo Booth Upload > DB. Delete DB folder & reopen PBU.
